You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return an item and have proof of purchase we will cover the cost of shipping.

Conditions for Valid exchange;
All items are qualified for exchange if they have been unused, all tags attached and packed in their original condition. In addition to this a valid reason needs be given such as being defective or incorrect size provided by customer service when requesting an exchange so we can process your request quickly. Similarly, the Products That we delivered to you in delivery box such as shoes, Women’s collections, and men’s wear that are delivered in garment bags Must be Returned with their real packaging with the product.
Process of Exchange;
The Exchange Process at closet deal normally takes 5-7 working days to complete. The customer has to submit the original invoice along with the original product. All tags must be original of the exchange product. After Order detail verification if the product qualifies for an exchange we will do an exchange if the exchange order amount is less than from original order then we give a coupon code to against the extra amount for instant purchase or future purchase from Romeroot, if exchange amount is higher from original order then the customer will be paid cash on delivery. In case our reverse pickup services are not available then the customer has to self-ship the product via any reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.
